Brand: Antares

Seat Size: 17"

Seat Depth: "C" - Deep Seat

Leather: Full Buffalo

Color: Brown

Flaps: "2A" flaps are forward in orientation. They measure 13.25" from stirrup bar to bottom of flap and 14" across flaps at the widest point.

Tree: measures 4.25" from felt dot to felt dot at pommel

Blocks: front and back

Billets: excellent

Billet guards: both billet guards in place

Condition: This saddle is in wonderful preowned condition. It is a 2005 model that came to me bright orange (had extremely little use, the leather is often much lighter on new saddles) and I have oiled it to a darker color. In many ways, the flaps are in pristine condition. The leather is gorgeous, supple, and grippy. The saddle shows normal signs of wear such as small knicks here and there, but absolutely no gouges or deep knicks. The underflaps are in exceptional condition, as are the panels. The saddle is as appears in all photos. It's one of those saddles that I feel doesn't photograph well, which means you will be happier than expected when you get it! It would be the perfect saddle for a rider seeking a high-end French saddle at an affordable price point. This saddle is lightly used and has a ton of life left. It's one of the most comfortable saddles ever!
