Flaps: "4A" flaps are long and forward in orientation. They measure 15" from stirrup bar to bottom of flap and 14" across flaps at the widest point. This saddle is made for a long legged rider.
Tree: measures 4.5" from green felt dot to green felt dot at pommel
Panels: Integrated panels! This is often an expensive upgrade that can be opted for when the saddle is being made. It means the panels are sewn in to the under flaps to provide a more seamless fit to the horse, and it eliminates the gap between the panels and flap.
