Flaps: measure 16.5" from stirrup bar to bottom of flap and 15.25" across flaps measured over front blocks
Tree: this saddle has a wide / channel gullet (see pics). The dot to dot measurement is 7.5" but please note that on this model of saddle the dots are placed much further to the outside than they are traditionally on other dressage saddles, so I do not personally feel that this equates to a 7.5" dot to dot measurement in the traditional measurement system. The channel/gullet/saddle is definitely wide, however.
Panels: WOOL FLOCKED and fully adjustable!
Condition: This saddle is in excellent preowned condition with NO rips, tears, cracking, splitting, or structural damage of any kind. The saddle is as appears in all photos and shows normal signs of light wear. It as a few white spackles on the underside of the panels. The saddle is a gorgeous system that is wool flocked and fully adjustable. The front blocks are completely removable by velcro so that you can change out the size and configuration. It's really a gorgeous saddle and quite genious system. Those who ride in them seem to stick with them! Feel free to reach out with any questions.
