Flaps: "3" flaps measure 14.5" from stirrup bar to bottom of flap and 13.5" across flaps at the widest point. These are long flaps.
Tree: measures 4.75" from felt dot to felt dot at pommel
Panels: XFIN panels. These are thinner panels designed to accommodate horses with broader shoulders.
Blocks: front and back
Billets: very good
Serial / Stamp (pictured): Palm Beach 746 11 175 AN 3 X FIN
Translation: "11" - model year, "175" - 17.5" seat size, "AN" - arcade normale, "3" - flap designation, "XFIN" - panels accomodate wider broader-shouldered horses
Condition: This saddle is in good preowned condition and is exactly as appears in all photos. It has NO rips, tears, splitting, or structural damage of any kind. It has mild stiffness due to being stored and it also has errant nicks on panels, skirt flaps, and some jaggedness to one of the bottom sweat flaps. It shows signs of wear and is not perfect re: nicks, but it's a gorgeous high-quality saddle with a lot of life left. This would be the perfect saddle for someone seeking a Voltaire at an affordable price point who is not concerned with cosmetic dings. Ready for its next rider!
